Award-Winning LD&D Projects

The Sales and Marketing Council of Louisville represent outstanding achievement in new homes and lost sales. In January 2011, our customer Elite Homes, Inc. was recognized as an award winner for the Best Patio, Condominium, Garden or Townhome Community. Land Design & Development provided the land planning for this award winning community.

The Healing Place Women's and Children's Center in Louisville, Kentucky was awarded LEED Silver status. LD&D's Civil Engineering Team is proud to have been a part of this effort.
