Company History

We are proud to be a Louisville based, privately owned company. We have been providing exemplary services in the residential, commercial, industrial, and civic fields for over ten years. Founded by Company President Kevin M. Young, a registered landscape architect, the company has been steadily growing to meet the needs of our clients. Vice President Scott Spears, a registered professional engineer, and Vice President Jeffrey Sisler, a registered professional surveyor, joined Kevin Young in 1996. Together they have over 70 years of experience in the local development community. At LD&D we maintain a high standard of quality, and approach the design of each project with not only function, balance and spatial planning in mind, but also the feasibility of a plan's implementation. This allows us to meet our clients' needs in a cost conscious, timely manner.
