The relocation of hundreds of government employees out of decaying office space is beginning, with the entire move expected to be completed by mid-fall. Student Housing Complex Coming To Floyd Street Next Fall

A $30 million upscale student housing complex is slated to open by fall 2016 at the northwest corner of South Floyd Street and East Brandeis Avenue near the University of Louisville. Tampa, Fla.-based 908 Development Group is developing the seven-story housing complex that will place five floors of resident housing atop a two-story parking structure, said Brian Detri, pre-development and construction manager for the group.
