Viking Partners Makes Changes to the $100 M Hurstbourne Development

According to Business First, Viking Partners LLC filed a revised development plan. The new plan downsizes the total number of hotel rooms but increases the square footage. Other changes include removal of a restaurant and addition of retail space. Viking Partners removed a grocery store concept that had once been a key component in the development. Z’s Oyster Bar, P.F. According to Business First, the now vacant Walmart on South Hurstbourne Parkway (Town Fair Center) may become an entertainment venue. The new commercial project’s possible tenants; a trampoline park or an indoor fun park. The center’s owner is Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Co. Inc.
