Land Design & Development, Inc. has been hired by Hogan Real Estate to assist in the development of over 50 Walgreens Drug Stores throughout Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, South Dakota and Ohio. The Walgreens Drug Stores range in size from 11,000 s.f. to 15,000 s.f. and the developments that they are a part of range from a stand-alone store site to a 10-acre commercial/ retail site development. LD&D has provided assistance with land planning, zoning, ALTA/ACSM surveys, ADA as-built surveys, topographic surveys, site civil construction plans, roadway design plans, utility coordination, construction administration and as-built drawings.
